$1,344 In Google Ads, 92 Conversions, Self-Built

A multidisciplinary clinic owner joined Cliniverse in November, watched the courses, and built his own first Google Ads campaign. By his first month he had 92 conversions at $14.61 each on $1,344 of spend, and roughly $2,000 back from new assessments alone.

Our Role

He watched the courses, set up everything himself, and asked us to audit afterward. We gave suggestions and improvements. He made the edits. The whole campaign was built by the clinic owner, not by us.

From new assessments alone it was around $2,000 so definitely a good return.

How He Found Cliniverse

A chiropractor who owns a multidisciplinary clinic in Southern Ontario heard about Cliniverse through a referral. He booked a call with our team to talk through what it is, took some time to think, and signed up in November.

He'd never run paid ads before. He opened the courses and started watching. Less than a month later, he had a Google Ads campaign live, and he has been a vocal advocate for the platform ever since.

How He Built The Campaign

The Courses

Inside the Cliniverse Courses, there's a structured Google Ads walkthrough. He worked through it lesson by lesson, applied each step to his own clinic, and pressed go. The course covers what to set up, how to structure the campaign, and the common mistakes to avoid on a first-time build.

The Marketing Library

The Marketing Library includes keyword starter packs for common clinic services. He pulled from those instead of doing keyword research from scratch.

Once the campaign was live, he sent us a note asking for a second set of eyes. We audited the account, gave him suggestions, and pointed out a few things to test. He made the edits himself. No part of the campaign was ever handed off.

What The First Month Looked Like

Google Ads dashboard showing 1,165 clicks, $1.15 average cost per click, 23,013 impressions, $1,344 spent, 92 conversions at $14.61 each, and a 7.9% conversion rate over 35 days
Google Ads, first 35 days (December 7 to January 11). $1,344 spent, 92 conversions at $14.61 each, 1,165 clicks, 7.9% conversion rate.

92 conversions at $14.61 each: a mix of booking-link clicks, form submissions, calls, and map-directions taps. Each one represents an action a prospective patient took.

7.9% conversion rate: a healthy rate for first-time Google Ads on a clinic site. The benchmark we see across clinics typically lands between 4% and 8%, so he was at the top of the range right out of the gate.

What He Told Us After A Month

It's been a little over a month and I would say there's been benefit from the ads. Just looking at new patients December vs November there was a significant uptick across the board. I did about $1000 in ad spend but from new assessments alone it was around $2000 so definitely a good return.

The "new assessments alone" detail is the part that matters most. That's a 2:1 return inside the first month, before counting any follow-up appointments, treatment plans, or repeat visits.

What This Shows

A chiropractor with no paid ads experience joined Cliniverse, watched the courses, and built a Google Ads campaign that produced 92 conversions in its first month at $14.61 each. None of the campaign was outsourced. We audited, advised, and stepped back. The clinic owner did the work.
