Marketing Built for Your Profession
Clinic marketing isn’t one job. What you’re allowed to claim, how patients find you, and what is holding your schedule back all change depending on what you practise. Pick your profession and we’ll start there.
Used by clinics across North America

Find Your Profession
Each page covers the advertising rules you work under, what patients in your profession are searching for, and where the bookings usually come from.
Multidisciplinary Clinic Marketing
Several professions, several Colleges, one set of marketing that has to satisfy all of them.

Explain what osteopathy is to patients who have never heard of it.
Marketing for osteopathsWhy One Marketing Plan Does Not Fit Every Clinic
The differences between these professions aren’t cosmetic. They change what you can publish and where your next patient comes from.
The Rules Are Not the Same
A chiropractor and a massage therapist answer to different Colleges with different advertising standards. Marketing advice that ignores that is how clinics end up publishing something they have to take down.
Patients Search Differently
Osteopathy has to explain itself before it can ask for a booking. Chiropractic is chosen from the map results. The search behaviour is different enough that the same plan will not serve both.
The Bottleneck Is Different
A massage clinic usually needs its quiet hours filled, not more new patients. A physiotherapy clinic usually needs bookings that don’t depend on referrals. Naming the real constraint decides where the work goes.
Clinics That Built Their Own Marketing

Common Questions
Do you work with clinics outside these professions?
Our templates and compliance work are built for physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, osteopathy, and clinics combining them. Other practices are welcome to get in touch and we’ll tell you whether what we’ve built fits, rather than selling you something that’s close enough.
Do you run the marketing, or do we?
You do. We give you the ads, posts, courses, AI tools, and support, and you run them from accounts you own. It costs less than an agency and takes more of your time. If we stopped working together tomorrow, your ad account, patient list, and content all stay with you.
We have several professions in one clinic. Which page applies?
Start with the multidisciplinary page. When several professions share one clinic, the advertising rules stack, and anything speaking for the clinic as a whole has to satisfy the strictest College among them.
Do you work with clinics outside Ontario?
Yes. Advertising rules are set province by province, so the guidance follows where you practise. Most of the specific College references on these pages are Ontario examples because that’s where most of our clinics are.
What does it cost?
Cliniverse is $200 CAD per month. There are no contracts and there’s a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Individual plans start at $50 per month if you only want one part of it.
