Massage Therapy Marketing
Everything you need to fill your RMT schedule without asking a single patient for a review: your website, automatic rebooking and follow-up, the ad and post templates, and the courses to run them. From $99 a month. Built around the CMTO ban on soliciting testimonials rather than ignoring it.
Used by clinics across North America

What Makes Massage Therapy Marketing Hard
The usual local marketing playbook breaks for your massage therapy clinic, and the reasons are specific.
You Cannot Ask Patients for Reviews
The CMTO prohibits soliciting testimonials, which removes the single most common local marketing tactic there’s. Every generic guide tells you to ask every happy patient for a Google review. For an RMT in Ontario, that advice isn’t merely unhelpful, it’s a professional risk.
The Gaps Are Expensive
An unbooked hour is gone. Clinics fully booked on Saturday and empty on Wednesday morning have a distribution problem, and it’s usually solved by better rebooking and follow-up rather than more new patients.
Rebooking Rarely Happens On Its Own
Massage therapy patients often intend to come back and then simply don’t. There’s no acute injury forcing the issue. The clinics with full schedules are the ones with a rebooking habit at the end of the appointment and a follow-up that runs on its own.
How We Work On It
You run the marketing. We give you the templates, the training, and the tools, built for the rules you work under.
Growth Without Review Solicitation
Everything we build for your clinic works without asking a single patient for a review. That means local search fundamentals, content, and referral paths that stay inside CMTO rules rather than breaking them by accident.
Rebooking and Follow-Up
Automatic follow-up for patients who haven’t been in for a while, and reminders that reduce no-shows. This is usually where a massage clinic finds its next ten appointments, and it costs nothing in ad spend.
Filling the Quiet Hours Specifically
Rather than advertising the clinic in general, we target the hours you need filled. It’s a narrower job than most marketing and it’s the one that changes the week.
Written Against the CMTO
Every template is checked against the advertising standards for massage therapy before it reaches you, and the AI Clinic Assistant flags wording that tends to cross them. You still publish it and you stay responsible for it. What changes is how many judgement calls you have to make on your own.
Massage Therapy Website Design That Books Patients
A complete massage therapy website, built in minutes from a few questions about your clinic. It writes your service pages around the treatments you offer, checks the wording against your advertising rules, and hands you a site already structured for Google and AI search. The technical work that agencies bill monthly for, page speed, structured data, headings, alt text, is done before you launch. Every page ends where a patient can book, so someone who lands on your deep tissue page has a way in without hunting for it.

Common Questions
The CMTO bans testimonials. How do you work around that?
We don’t work around it, we build without it. If you’re an RMT clinic in Ontario, nothing in your plan asks a patient for a review or publishes one. Growth comes from local search fundamentals, content, rebooking, and referral paths instead. Rules differ by province, so if you practise outside Ontario the guidance follows your own regulator.
Can this help with no-shows?
Reminders and confirmations reduce them, which is usually the fastest measurable win a massage clinic gets. It isn’t marketing exactly, but it puts appointments back on the schedule, which is what you were after.
Is this useful for a solo RMT?
Yes, though your bottleneck is different. A solo therapist near capacity gets more from rebooking, pricing, and scheduling than from new patient acquisition. If you’re already fully booked, marketing isn’t your problem and we’ll tell you so.
Do you run the marketing for me?
No. You run it, from accounts you own, using our templates, courses, and support. That’s the trade: it costs less than an agency and takes more of your time, and everything you build stays yours.
We’re with an agency now. What happens to our rankings if we leave?
Clinic owners describe this as feeling held hostage: stay put, or lose what you’ve built. It’s worth separating what you hold from what your agency does, because the answer is usually less frightening than the feeling. The ones that matter are your domain, your website and its hosting, your DNS, and the analytics and ad accounts, and those are the ones clinics most often turn out not to have access to. A Google Business Profile works differently: you don’t own it, you’re granted access to manage it, so what matters there is that someone at the clinic has that access in their own name rather than only the agency. Sort that out and leaving doesn’t move your rankings. What you lose is whoever was doing the work, which is the gap we fill. We’ve moved clinics off an agency before and got everything back into their name, so if you want a hand working out where you stand, ask us.
How does the cost compare to an agency?
An agency starts around $1,000 a month, often on a year-long contract, and your ad spend sits on top of that. So before a single patient books, you’re out the retainer plus the ads, and the marketing has to earn all of it back before you’re even. Cliniverse is $200 a month for the membership, or $399 for everything including your website and follow-up. Your ad budget is still yours to set, and it’s the only other spend. That’s the whole reason we built it this way.
What does it cost?
Cliniverse is $200 CAD per month. No contracts, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Individual plans start at $50 per month.
