Osteopathy Marketing
Everything you need to market your osteopathy clinic to patients who haven’t heard of osteopathy: your website, your patient follow-up, the ad and post templates, and the courses to run them. From $99 a month. The content is built to explain the service first, because that’s the step that earns the booking.
Used by clinics across North America

What Makes Osteopathy Marketing Hard
Osteopathy starts a step behind the other professions, and it changes what your marketing has to do.
Low Public Awareness
Patients search for what they know. Fewer people search "osteopath" than "physio," so a clinic relying on brand-name searches is fishing in a smaller pond. The volume is in the symptoms, not the profession.
The Regulatory Picture Varies
Osteopathy isn’t regulated the same way across Canadian provinces, so title use, insurance coverage, and what you may claim differ depending on where you practise. Advice written for one province can be wrong in another.
You Are Explaining and Selling at Once
Marketing usually assumes the patient knows what the service is. Yours often has to teach first, which means content does more of the work than ads do, and the timeline is longer.
How We Work On It
You run the marketing. We give you the templates, the training, and the tools, built for the rules you work under.
Content That Answers the Real Question
The searches that matter are "what does an osteopath do" and "osteopath vs physiotherapist." Answering those plainly is what earns the booking, because the patient has to understand the service before choosing it.
Symptom-Led Search
We target what patients search when something hurts, as well as the name of the profession itself. The symptom searches reach people before they’ve decided which type of practitioner to see, which matters more here than in professions patients already know to ask for.
Guidance That Matches Your Province
Because the rules differ across provinces, the guidance follows where you practise instead of assuming Ontario. That covers what you may call yourself and what you may claim.
Written Against your professional association
Every template is checked against the advertising standards for osteopathy before it reaches you, and the AI Clinic Assistant flags wording that tends to cross them. You still publish it and you stay responsible for it. What changes is how many judgement calls you have to make on your own.
Osteopathy Website Design That Books Patients
A complete osteopathy website, built in minutes from a few questions about your clinic. It writes your service pages around the conditions you treat, checks the wording against your advertising rules, and hands you a site already structured for Google and AI search. The technical work that agencies bill monthly for, page speed, structured data, headings, alt text, is done before you launch. Every page ends where a patient can book, so someone who lands on your neck pain page has a way in without hunting for it.

Common Questions
Patients don’t know what osteopathy is. Does marketing still work?
It works differently. Ads that assume recognition underperform, and content that explains the service does the heavy lifting. It’s a longer path than for physiotherapy, and it compounds, because the explaining you publish once keeps working.
Osteopathy regulation differs by province. How do you handle that?
The guidance follows your province rather than assuming one set of rules. Title protection, insurance, and advertising standards vary across Canada, and the difference matters for what you can put on a website. If your situation is unusual, ask us and we’ll tell you what we know and what we don’t.
Should I market alongside physiotherapy?
If you share your clinic with other professions, usually yes, with the caveat that shared marketing has to satisfy the strictest regulator among the professions involved. Where osteopathy is a distinct offering, it needs its own explanation rather than being folded into a physiotherapy page.
Do you run the marketing for me?
No. You run it from accounts you own, with our templates, courses, and support behind you. Everything you build stays yours.
We’re with an agency now. What happens to our rankings if we leave?
Clinic owners describe this as feeling held hostage: stay put, or lose what you’ve built. It’s worth separating what you hold from what your agency does, because the answer is usually less frightening than the feeling. The ones that matter are your domain, your website and its hosting, your DNS, and the analytics and ad accounts, and those are the ones clinics most often turn out not to have access to. A Google Business Profile works differently: you don’t own it, you’re granted access to manage it, so what matters there is that someone at the clinic has that access in their own name rather than only the agency. Sort that out and leaving doesn’t move your rankings. What you lose is whoever was doing the work, which is the gap we fill. We’ve moved clinics off an agency before and got everything back into their name, so if you want a hand working out where you stand, ask us.
How does the cost compare to an agency?
An agency starts around $1,000 a month, often on a year-long contract, and your ad spend sits on top of that. So before a single patient books, you’re out the retainer plus the ads, and the marketing has to earn all of it back before you’re even. Cliniverse is $200 a month for the membership, or $399 for everything including your website and follow-up. Your ad budget is still yours to set, and it’s the only other spend. That’s the whole reason we built it this way.
What does it cost?
Cliniverse is $200 CAD per month. No contracts, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Individual plans start at $50 per month.
