Several Colleges, One Clinic

Multidisciplinary Clinic Marketing

Everything you need to market your clinic, built for a practice that answers to several Colleges at once: your website, your patient follow-up, the ad and post templates, and courses that teach you to run it. From $99 a month, or $399 for all of it. You run it, you own every account, and anything speaking for the whole clinic is checked against the strictest College rule that applies to you.

01The Problem

What Makes Multidisciplinary Clinic Marketing Hard

Three things make marketing your multidisciplinary clinic harder than marketing a single-profession physiotherapy, chiropractic, or massage therapy practice.

The Strictest Rule Wins, Every Time

A homepage that speaks for your whole clinic has to satisfy the CCO for chiropractic, the CMTO for massage therapy, and the College of Physiotherapists at once. Wording that’s fine on your physiotherapy page can be a problem the moment an RMT works under the same banner, and osteopathy sits outside that structure again. It tends to surface one page at a time.

Your Services Compete With Each Other

When a patient could book physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, or osteopathy for the same sore back, a site that lists them without explaining the difference makes them choose blind. Some book the cheapest, some book nothing, and the front desk fields the rest.

Nobody Owns the Marketing

Practitioners promote themselves, the clinic promotes the clinic, and the two rarely match. It’s the most common reason a multidisciplinary clinic looks like several small businesses sharing a lobby.

02The Approach

How We Work On It

You run the marketing. We give you the templates, the training, and the tools, built for the rules you work under.

01

One Standard, Applied Across the Clinic

We work to the strictest rule among your professions for anything that speaks for the clinic as a whole, and let individual service pages follow their own College. That gives you one wording standard instead of a judgement call on every page.

02

Service Pages That Route the Patient

A page each for physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and osteopathy, explaining who it suits and what an appointment involves, so the patient self-selects before booking. It also gives each profession its own page to rank, which one combined services page never does.

03

Cross-Referral Between Your Own Practitioners

The cheapest growth in your clinic is the patient you already have seeing a second practitioner: the chiropractic patient who’d benefit from massage therapy, the physiotherapy patient your osteopath should see. Follow-up that makes that a normal step keeps revenue inside the clinic rather than sending it down the road.

Compliance

Written Against every College your practitioners answer to

Every template is checked against the advertising standards for each profession in your clinic before it reaches you, and the AI Clinic Assistant flags wording that tends to cross them. You still publish it and you stay responsible for it. What changes is how many judgement calls you have to make on your own.

03multidisciplinary clinic website design

Multidisciplinary Clinic Website Design That Books Patients

A complete multidisciplinary clinic website, built in minutes from a few questions about your clinic. It writes a service page for each profession you offer, physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, osteopathy, so each one can rank on its own, and checks the wording against your advertising rules, and hands you a site already structured for Google and AI search. The technical work that agencies bill monthly for, page speed, structured data, headings, alt text, is done before you launch. Every page ends where a patient can book, so someone who lands on your low back pain page has a way in without hunting for it.

04patient follow-up and reactivation

Patient Follow-Up and Reactivation, Running On Its Own

Clinics lose more appointments to silence than to competition. An enquiry goes unanswered for a day, a patient means to rebook and never does. Connect handles the chasing: follow-up on new enquiries, reminders that cut no-shows, and reactivation for patients you haven’t seen in a while. It also handles the handoff between your own professions, so a physiotherapy patient who should be seeing your massage therapist gets asked rather than forgotten.

09Questions

Common Questions

Which College’s rules apply to our clinic website?

All of them, for anything that speaks for the clinic as a whole. In practice that means the strictest standard among your professions sets the ceiling for your homepage, your ads, and your general pages. Individual service pages can follow the rules of the profession they describe. Where the professions disagree, we default to the stricter reading.

Can we ask patients for reviews if we have an RMT on staff?

This is the trap that catches multidisciplinary clinics most often. The CMTO prohibits soliciting testimonials, so a clinic-wide review request that reaches massage therapy patients is a problem even when the physiotherapy side could have asked. We build review practices that stay inside the strictest rule that applies to your mix.

Should each profession have its own page?

Yes. One combined services page competes for nothing, because patients search by profession and by symptom rather than for a list. Separate pages also let each one follow its own College’s advertising rules instead of being flattened to the strictest.

Do you run the marketing for us?

No. You run it from accounts you own, with our templates, courses, and support behind you. For a multidisciplinary clinic that usually means one person holds the marketing and everyone else feeds it, which is a structure we can help you set up.

We’re with an agency now. What happens to our rankings if we leave?

Clinic owners describe this as feeling held hostage: stay put, or lose what you’ve built. It’s worth separating what you hold from what your agency does, because the answer is usually less frightening than the feeling. The ones that matter are your domain, your website and its hosting, your DNS, and the analytics and ad accounts, and those are the ones clinics most often turn out not to have access to. A Google Business Profile works differently: you don’t own it, you’re granted access to manage it, so what matters there is that someone at the clinic has that access in their own name rather than only the agency. Sort that out and leaving doesn’t move your rankings. What you lose is whoever was doing the work, which is the gap we fill. We’ve moved clinics off an agency before and got everything back into their name, so if you want a hand working out where you stand, ask us.

How does the cost compare to an agency?

An agency starts around $1,000 a month, often on a year-long contract, and your ad spend sits on top of that. So before a single patient books, you’re out the retainer plus the ads, and the marketing has to earn all of it back before you’re even. Cliniverse is $200 a month for the membership, or $399 for everything including your website and follow-up. Your ad budget is still yours to set, and it’s the only other spend. That’s the whole reason we built it this way.

What does it cost?

Cliniverse is $200 CAD per month. That covers the clinic, not one practitioner. No contracts, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
