Naturopathy Marketing
Everything you need to market your naturopathic practice: your website, your patient follow-up, the ad and post templates, and the courses to run them. From $99 a month. The content is built for a profession whose advertising rules take testimonials, reviews, and specialist claims off the table, so what you get is the set of tactics you can publish.
Used by clinics across North America

What Makes Naturopathy Marketing Hard
Naturopathic advertising is bound tighter than the professions around it, and it rules out the tactic most clinic marketing is built on.
Testimonials Are Off the Table
In Ontario the advertising standard rules out testimonials from a patient, a former patient, or anyone else, whether direct, indirect, or implied, and rules out pointing your advertising at third-party sites that carry reviews of you. Most clinic marketing rests on social proof. Yours has to earn trust another way.
There Is No Such Thing as a Specialist
No specialty classes exist in naturopathy, so a page saying you specialize in something falls outside the standard. “Physician” is a protected title you cannot use, and a CCNM qualification is not a doctorate. An area of focus says the same thing to a patient and holds up.
The Words That Convert Are the Words You Cannot Use
“Cure”, “guaranteed”, “state of the art”, and softer constructions like “will help” or “does relieve” all read as promises under the standard, as does anything appealing to a patient’s fear. Copy written for another industry walks into every one of them.
How We Work On It
You run the marketing. We give you the templates, the training, and the tools, built for the rules you work under.
Trust Built Without Social Proof
When reviews are unavailable, the weight shifts to what you can publish: a plain account of what a first visit involves, the concerns you work with, what it costs, and how long you have practised. The College register makes that last one verifiable, which is exactly why it carries.
Search Led by the Concern, Not the Profession
Patients search their symptoms long before they search for a naturopath. Content built around the health concerns inside your scope reaches them earlier, and it stays inside what you are permitted to advertise.
Complimentary Sessions, Advertised Properly
Ontario’s guideline permits offering and advertising a complimentary introductory or educational session. It is one of the few low-friction offers open to the profession, and the wording still has to stay clear of promoting care a patient does not need.
Written Against the CONO
Every template is checked against the advertising standards for naturopathy before it reaches you, and the AI Clinic Assistant flags wording that tends to cross them. You still publish it and you stay responsible for it. What changes is how many judgement calls you have to make on your own.
Naturopathy Website Design That Books Patients
A complete naturopathic clinic website, built in minutes from a few questions about your practice. It writes your service pages around the health concerns you work with, checks the wording against your advertising rules, and hands you a site already structured for Google and AI search. The technical work that agencies bill monthly for, page speed, structured data, headings, alt text, is done before you launch. Every page ends where a patient can book, so someone who lands on your digestive health page has a way in without hunting for it.

Get Your SitePatient Follow-Up and Reactivation, Running On Its Own
Clinics lose more appointments to silence than to competition. An enquiry goes unanswered for a day, a patient means to rebook and never does. Connect handles the chasing: follow-up on new enquiries, reminders that cut no-shows, and reactivation for patients you haven’t seen in a while. Reminders and goodwill contact with your own current and former patients sit outside advertising in Ontario’s guideline, which is what makes this the piece a naturopathic practice can lean on hardest.

Common Questions
Can I use patient testimonials or reviews in my marketing?
Not in Ontario. The College’s Standard of Practice for Advertising rules out a direct, indirect, or implied testimonial from any patient, former patient, or other person, and rules out referring to third-party websites or publications carrying testimonials or endorsements of you. The guideline goes further and says you should not solicit or allow testimonials on your own pages. Everything we build for you is designed to work without them.
What about the Google reviews patients leave on their own?
You do not control what a patient chooses to post. The standard is written about your advertising and about what you solicit or allow on your own pages, so where it bites is asking for reviews, running a review campaign, and pointing your advertising at a page that carries them. If you are unsure where your own profile sits, that is a question for the College rather than for us, and we would rather say so than guess.
Can I say I focus on fertility, or digestion, or hormones?
You can say you have an area of focus or clinical interest, and that reads the same way to a patient. What you cannot say is that you specialize, because the College recognizes no specialty classes. The same section of the guidance rules out “physician”, which is a protected title, and rules out describing a CCNM qualification as a doctorate.
Can I email my patient list?
Ontario’s guideline treats notices, appointment reminders, and periodic goodwill contact with your current or former patients separately from advertising, and it counts a newsletter anyone can subscribe to as a public medium. What is ruled out is advertising aimed at an individual rather than published to the public. If a campaign of yours sits near that line, ask us and we’ll work through it with you.
Do you run the marketing for me?
No. You run it from accounts you own, with our templates, courses, and support behind you. Everything you build stays yours.
We’re with an agency now. What happens to our rankings if we leave?
Clinic owners describe this as feeling held hostage: stay put, or lose what you’ve built. It’s worth separating what you hold from what your agency does, because the answer is usually less frightening than the feeling. The ones that matter are your domain, your website and its hosting, your DNS, and the analytics and ad accounts, and those are the ones clinics most often turn out not to have access to. A Google Business Profile works differently: you don’t own it, you’re granted access to manage it, so what matters there is that someone at the clinic has that access in their own name rather than only the agency. Sort that out and leaving doesn’t move your rankings. What you lose is whoever was doing the work, which is the gap we fill. We’ve moved clinics off an agency before and got everything back into their name, so if you want a hand working out where you stand, ask us.
How does the cost compare to an agency?
An agency starts around $1,000 a month, often on a year-long contract, and your ad spend sits on top of that. So before a single patient books, you’re out the retainer plus the ads, and the marketing has to earn all of it back before you’re even. Cliniverse is $200 a month for the membership, or $399 for everything including your website and follow-up. Your ad budget is still yours to set, and it’s the only other spend. That’s the whole reason we built it this way.
What does it cost?
Cliniverse is $200 CAD per month. No contracts, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Individual plans start at $50 per month.
