Used by clinics across North America

What Makes Physiotherapy Marketing Hard
Three things decide whether your physiotherapy clinic fills its schedule.
Referral Volume Is Out of Your Hands
When physician referrals and insurer lists drive the schedule, a slow month is something that happens to you. Clinics that also bring in patients directly have a second source of bookings that doesn’t depend on anyone else remembering your name.
The Claims That Sell Are the Ones You Cannot Make
Outcome promises, before-and-after comparisons, and superlatives sell well, and all three run into College advertising standards. Generic marketing tools hand you copy you have to rewrite before it’s safe to publish.
Patients Arrive Two Different Ways
Patients arrive two ways. Some search their back or their knee and have not decided who to see. Others search for a physiotherapist directly, or ask a local Facebook group for a recommendation by name. The first group you reach by answering the condition question, the second by being easy to find and worth recommending. It’s easy to serve one route and neglect the other.
How We Work On It
You run the marketing. We give you the templates, the training, and the tools, built for the rules you work under.
Content Built Around Conditions
We work from what patients in your area are searching for, which is often a symptom or an injury rather than a profession. Answering those questions on your own site is what brings you the people who haven’t chosen a clinic yet.
Ads You Can Run As Written
Every ad template is written against College advertising standards before you see it, so the wording is safe as-is. You approve it, you publish it, and it runs from your own ad account.
The Follow-Up That Fills Gaps
Clinics lose more bookings to silence than to competition. Automatic follow-up on enquiries and lapsed patients recovers appointments you already earned.
Written Against the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Every template is checked against the advertising standards for physiotherapy before it reaches you, and the AI Clinic Assistant flags wording that tends to cross them. You still publish it and you stay responsible for it. What changes is how many judgement calls you have to make on your own.
Physiotherapy Website Design That Books Patients
A complete physiotherapy website, built in minutes from a few questions about your clinic. It writes your service pages around the conditions you treat, checks the wording against your advertising rules, and hands you a site already structured for Google and AI search. The technical work that agencies bill monthly for, page speed, structured data, headings, alt text, is done before you launch. Every page ends where a patient can book, so someone who lands on your rotator cuff page has a way in without hunting for it.

Common Questions
Do you run the marketing for me?
No, and that’s the point. We give you the ads, the posts, the courses, and the tools, and you run them from accounts you own. If we stopped working together tomorrow, everything you built stays with you: the ad account, the patient list, the content, and the part nobody can take back, which is knowing how to do it.
How do you handle College advertising rules?
We read the published advertising standards for each profession, province by province, and build the templates from them rather than writing generic copy and hoping. So the wording you get already accounts for the rules where you practise, not the rules somewhere else. The AI Clinic Assistant then checks anything you write yourself and flags the usual traps: outcome guarantees, superlatives, comparisons to other clinics, and testimonials where they’re restricted. It doesn’t replace your own judgement, and you stay responsible for what you publish.
We’re a multidisciplinary clinic. Does this still fit?
Yes, and it’s the case we designed for. See multidisciplinary clinic marketing for the full picture. A clinic with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists answers to several Colleges at once, so the strictest rule of the group applies to any shared marketing. The templates account for that rather than assuming one profession.
How much time does this take each week?
Clinic owners tend to work in blocks of an hour or two, and the courses are built to be done between patients. It saves you time against figuring it out yourself, because the templates mean you’re editing something rather than starting from a blank page, and it saves you money against an agency. There’s a learning curve at the start. The difference is that it shrinks: once the work is familiar you get quicker at it, and the skill is yours from then on.
We’re with an agency now. What happens to our rankings if we leave?
Clinic owners describe this as feeling held hostage: stay put, or lose what you’ve built. It’s worth separating what you hold from what your agency does, because the answer is usually less frightening than the feeling. The ones that matter are your domain, your website and its hosting, your DNS, and the analytics and ad accounts, and those are the ones clinics most often turn out not to have access to. A Google Business Profile works differently: you don’t own it, you’re granted access to manage it, so what matters there is that someone at the clinic has that access in their own name rather than only the agency. Sort that out and leaving doesn’t move your rankings. What you lose is whoever was doing the work, which is the gap we fill. We’ve moved clinics off an agency before and got everything back into their name, so if you want a hand working out where you stand, ask us.
How does the cost compare to an agency?
An agency starts around $1,000 a month, often on a year-long contract, and your ad spend sits on top of that. So before a single patient books, you’re out the retainer plus the ads, and the marketing has to earn all of it back before you’re even. Cliniverse is $200 a month for the membership, or $399 for everything including your website and follow-up. Your ad budget is still yours to set, and it’s the only other spend. That’s the whole reason we built it this way.
What does it cost?
Cliniverse is $200 CAD per month. There are no contracts, and there’s a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Individual plans start at $50 per month if you only want one part of it.
