$10 Per Lead From Meta: His First Campaign, Built In-House
A multidisciplinary clinic owner ran his first ever Meta ads campaign in his first month with Cliniverse. He pulled 33 leads at an average of $10 each across two campaigns, using our offer, headline, and targeting best practices. He set the whole thing up himself.

We provided the offer-led structure, the headline and primary text frameworks, and the no-targeting targeting recommendation. He wrote his own copy in his voice, set up the campaign himself, and pressed go. We didn’t run the campaign for him.
What He Was Running Ads For
The clinic is a multidisciplinary practice with a few newer specialty services and practitioners he wanted to fill the schedule for. He'd been a Cliniverse Pro member for a few months and wanted to start bringing in new patients for those services through paid ads.
This was his first paid ads campaign of any kind. He set it up himself, with our playbook in front of him.
The Setup We Recommended
Three things we tell every clinic running Meta ads, all of which he followed.
Lead With An Offer
Cold ad audiences convert at a much better cost-per-lead when there's a clear, time-bounded offer driving urgency. Without an offer, you're asking strangers to commit to a paid clinical service they've never tried, from a clinic they don't know. With an offer, you give them a low-friction way to step in. Cost per lead drops, lead volume goes up.
Headline And Primary Text Best Practices
Our framework for both: lead with the offer or the benefit in the headline. In the primary text, anchor the location and the specific pain or outcome the patient is looking to solve. No clever copy. No hooks for hook's sake. Direct, local, and benefit-first.
Don't Fight The Algorithm
No age restrictions, no narrow interest stacks. We let Advantage+ and Andromeda do the targeting work they're built to do. The algorithm finds the patients better than manual targeting does, especially for local clinic services.
What The Numbers Show

For clinic Meta ads, the cost-per-lead range we typically see across the clinics we work with is $20 on the low end and can run up to $70 or higher depending on demographics, geography, and the service being promoted. He landed at $10 across the two campaigns combined, on his first time running ads of any kind.
What This Proves
This was his first time running paid ads. He set it up himself with our help. He hit cost-per-lead numbers that most agencies charge thousands of dollars per month to deliver.
The targeting works. The copy framework works. The offer-led structure works. A clinic owner, on his first campaign, with no agency running the back end, can produce agency-level results.
The Other Half
Generating leads is one muscle. Converting them into booked, attended, paid appointments is a different muscle. The leads he generated were strong on paper, and like every clinic owner who's ever run paid ads, he learned the next bottleneck is the follow-up.
If you can produce 33 qualified leads for $333, you have the lead-generation half of the equation working. That's the half most clinic owners think they need to outsource. They don't. With the right playbook, a Cliniverse Pro member runs their own ads and hits agency-level numbers on their first try.
