From An Empty Grid To Consistent Posts, Run By The Front Desk
A multidisciplinary clinic in Ontario hadn't posted to social in months. Now their front desk admin pulls templates from Cliniverse and posts to Instagram and Facebook every week. The owner has never written a caption.

We connected their Instagram and Facebook accounts so the front desk could batch post to both at once, and gave them access to the Cliniverse template library. After that, they pick a template, schedule it, and move on. We didn’t write a single caption.
Where They Started
The clinic had been running for 25 years, multidisciplinary, with chiropractic, physiotherapy, and massage therapy under one roof. Their Instagram and Facebook accounts existed but barely got used. No regular posting cadence. The grid was mostly empty, the feed was quiet, and nobody on the team had time to figure out a system.
The owner, a chiro who'd been treating patients for 25 years, didn't want to start writing captions himself. The front desk admin had time during quieter parts of the day but didn't have content to post. So nothing happened.
What Changed
Two things happened when the clinic joined Cliniverse as a founding member. First, we noticed their Instagram and Facebook weren't connected, so we helped them connect the accounts. Now a single post batches out to both platforms. Second, the front desk admin got access to the Cliniverse Marketing Library, a growing set of social posts written specifically for clinics, organized by profession and topic.

From there, the workflow was: open the Marketing Library, find a post that fit the week, schedule it. No writing. No editing. No design.
What It Looks Like Now
In their first 3 months actively posting, the front desk admin published 24 posts to Instagram and Facebook. Most weeks see 1-2 posts. The grid is no longer empty. The owner has never had to write a caption.
The numbers aren't huge, this is local-clinic social, not viral content. The point is that the clinic has a consistent presence, run by an existing team member, on a workflow that takes about 10 minutes per post.
The Point
The clinic's social presence belongs to them. The front desk runs it. The owner doesn't touch it. There's no agency to fire, no copywriter to brief, no monthly retainer. That's the model: clinic owners and clinic teams doing their own marketing, with the templates and infrastructure already in place. Not done for them. Done by them.
